THE 1619 PROPHECY: Freedom from the Democratic Plantation of Victimhood & Groupthink

“And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that your seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years; And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance.”—Genesis 15:13-14

I believe this is a Biblical pattern we see—after about 400 years of slavery then comes freedom. We can see the parallel in the Biblical narrative and in our own historical one. The Hebrews i.e. the children of Israel were enslaved to the Egyptians for 400 years (see Genesis 15:13, Acts 7:6). So too, this year (2019) is exactly 400 years since the very first slaves were brought to America. A ship, carrying about 20 enslaved Africans, appeared on this horizon, near Point Comfort, a coastal port in the British colony of Virginia.

Though slavery was abolished in 1865 the fight to be free extended well into the 1960s and into the present day. However, this fight has morphed into a mental one. As we fight, “we”, speaking directly about African Americans, to understand our true enemy—the slave master of single, static and liberal thought.

I believe prophetically we are breaking free from this bondage of the permissive (liberal, indulgent) plantation.

In the Biblical narrative Before God officially birthed His people in His omniscience, He knew bondage would come. God knew Satan and the powers of darkness would come attempting to destroy this people He would raise up, but God already designed their deliverance and prophesied their emancipation.

So, to you, I feel the Lord saying, your bondage, your problem, your yoke is not a surprise to Him. The enslavement of African Americans both now (mentally) and then (both physically and mentally) has not caught Him off guard whatsoever!

God has birthed you (us) and He knows what has come attempting to destroy and thwart our destiny and purpose. The word of the Lord, however, is strong and clear: “afterward shall they (you) come out with great substance”!

It is not God’s will that you die in Egypt, spiritually and mentally speaking, but He has promised your deliverance and He is ready to bring you out!  You have earnestly been crying unto the Lord and I repeat again the bondage you find yourself in has not taken God by surprise!

The Word of God declares: “Then they cried unto the Lord in their trouble, and He saved them out of their distresses. He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and brake their bands in sunder. Oh, that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! For he has broken the gates of brass, and cut the bars of iron in sunder” (Psalms 107:13-16). The brass bondages of Satan that have confined your life and mind have been torn asunder!

Therefore, I compel you, I exhort you that you Praise the Lord! Praise Him for His goodness and for His wonderful Works!

This, my friend, is NOT the end! Hear me clearly: YOU WILL NOT DIE ENSLAVED IN EGYPT or the SYTEMS of Egyptian thought! God is going to bring you out. Cling to the truths found in this volume and more so detailed in the Word of God and Liberty will come! In fact, it is already here.

Everything we receive from God be it spiritually, materially, domestically, politically, or socially it all is claimed by FAITH alone. When faith meets the promises of God the increase is given! In Hebrews 11:1 it says; “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Literally the word substance there is “title deed”. Faith is the title deed of that which you hope for. This simply means faith gives you ownership of that which is not yet manifested i.e. faith is the evidence of things not seen.

In other words, true faith is not based upon the human senses that often yield uncertainty and can be inconsistent but rather Faith is based on the Word of God i.e. what God says!

Faith is not based on what you see, feel or even think but true faith is based on what you HEAR i.e. what God has said whether it be through His written Word, Prophetic Word (logos or rhema). God moves according to our faith it is our faith that moves God.

Therefore, I declare to you, deliverance (mental, social and political freedom) can be yours when your faith is properly placed in Jesus Christ and His Finished Work on Calvary’s Cross!

If you understand what Paul said in Galatians 2:20 you’ll experience the victory that God revealed to Abraham so long ago. The scripture says: “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me” (Gal. 2:20). You live this life by Faith in the Son of God; WHO He is and WHAT He did!

In a vision to Abraham, then named Abram, God prophetically promised that He would deliver His people from the bondage of the Egyptians and the Word of the Lord hasn’t changed from then until now—God has promised your (our) deliverance.

I think Candace Owens said it best in her foreword to the book Why I Couldn’t Stay Silent by David J. Harris Jr. Owens says; “The World is on the brink of a major shift. What may be perceived as political tension, bubbling beneath the surface of two ideologically disparate groups—is actually something far greater, far more deep-rooted, and much more likely to change the trajectory of the world as we know it. It is a shift toward individual freedom”[1].

I wholeheartedly believe that this shift to individual freedom is a move provoked by the power of God.

She goes on to say; “Within America, our culture has suffered from a collectivist approach to thinking. Ideas, which were once sprung from critical assessment are now being manufactured on the basis of race, sex and gender”[2].

This, my friend, has given many of us (black Americans) a flight rather than fight mentality. As Owens asserts; “There is no group that has suffered the consequence of such collectivist association more than the Black community. Our fidelity to the Democratic party, coupled with our false hope that government can facilitate solutions, has led to the overall collapse of our families, neighborhoods, and incidentally, our futures”[3].

But I echo, as she did—the tides are shifting. There is so much unchartered territory that awaits us if we surrender to the journey of intellectual critique of social, political, domestic and mental orthodoxy.

There are many, however, who will never fully realize, experientially, the freeing power of God economically, socially politically and even spiritually because they find themselves, in my assessment, in one of four places.

Many find themselves either in denial, struggle, acceptance or regret (these are spiritual realities that seep into every area of a person’s life).

The key to conquering the cesspool of denial, struggle, wrongful acceptance or even regret is knowledge. It is the truth you KNOW that makes you free (John 8:32).

As well, hear the word of Jesse L Peterson. What are y’all thoughts?
